To make salads easier

Buy pre-chopped salad.
It's more convenient and it reduces waste.

Keep a bowl of chopped boiled potato in the refrigerator,
for extra bulk.

Add salsa, pickles and fat-free sauces
instead of oily dressings.

Add chopped fruit (fresh or canned)
for different tastes.

Add canned beans, garbanzo beans
(chick peas) for instant bulk.
