Cooking & Weight Loss - Weight Control Advice

Train Your Man!

The first and most important cooking tip is:
Train up Mr. Man for a
regular guest-appearance
in the kitchen.

I don't mean to be sexist when I say this,
but I guess most of you are women and
I guess most of you aren't exactly
overwhelmed
with offers of male help.

Please note
Mr. Man comes in two basic packages:
1. The husband or partner.
2. The teenage son.

It is very important to introduce these
two males to the practice of cooking.

Otherwise they will spend the rest of their lives
opening cans
and micro-waving junk
(or waiting for you to do it for them).

How to train a male

1. Draw simple diagrams.
2. Use simple language.
3. If necessary, use handcuffs.
4. Never take No for an answer.

I'm sure you get the gist.
