Advice for Workers
1. We catch buses
or trains.
So get off one stop earlier and walk.
2. We take the lift.
So take the stairs instead.
3. We sit in a cafeteria,
or restaurant
at lunchtime.
So set aside 30 minutes for a walk.
Exercise
Advice for Shoppers
We park the car
as close to the shops as possible.
So park further away and walk.
We use the escalator.
So use the stairs.
We use a trolley,
even if we have only
a couple of bags.
So if you can manage it,
carry the bags - don't wheel them.
When you're drooling
and completely ga-ga
you'll have plenty of time to take it easy.
Until then, stay active!
