men gain weight
because of 3 things.
1.
They drink like yahoos.
2.
They take less exercise than a brick.
3.
They eat too much steak.
Unfortunately...
Alcohol enhances impotence
Lack of exercise enhances heart disease
Too much red meat does both.

better approach
Be
a real man
Be moderate about
alcohol.
You don't have to give up.
Take some regular
exercise.
You don't have to jog your butt off.
Eat less red meat.
You don't have to eat lentils.
Do
these three things and your gut
will gradually disappear for ever.
