How I Lost 54 pounds

When I started dieting I needed lots of motivation.
So I did the opposite of most dieters...

During the day, each time I avoided the
temptation to eat something,
I wrote it down in a daily food diary.

It made me so proud to see my will power on paper
at the end of the day and
add up all the calories that I WOULD have eaten!

Sounds an effort, I know.
But believe me, it worked.
