So set aside 30 minutes for a walk.

We park the car as close to the shops as possible.
So park further away and walk.

We use the escalator.
So use the stairs.

We use a trolley, even if we have only
a couple of bags.
So if you can manage it,
carry the bags - don't wheel them.
